These results are those of someone who is often a “Highly Sensitive Person”.

When something goes wrong and you are feeling stressed, angry, worried, betrayed or hurt, your first instinct is to turn to food. The same happens when something goes right and you feel a need to celebrate good news.

This makes a lot of sense.

When you were little, Ice cream, chocolates or sweets were often given as a reward for good behaviour or as a consolation.

The Result : your brain is now wired in such a way that you see food as a source of comfort and reward. This lesson was so well learned that it is now deeply entrenched in your subconscious. It happens on automatic pilot without you even being aware that you are responding to whatever life throws at you – rather like an old computer program running in the background, that controls all your behaviour.

So, What Can You Do About This ?

One of the first places to start, is to learn how to take back control by becoming aware of “the triggers” that are causing you to self soothe We cannot change that which we are unaware of.

Would you would like to learn more about “How to raise your AWARENESS” so you can stop comfort eating, endless nibbling and avoid becoming a sugar addict ?

If you answered yes, you are not alone. This is why I have created single stand alone 90 minute Coaching
sessions called

One and Done

That is exactly what they are designed for. One session to educate, inform and decide on a plan of action. The Goal is to give you all the info you need to adopt new habits, get unstuck, and change your mindset, so you can get back in the driver’s seat.

Maureen Josephine

Hello there I’m Mojo  short for Maureen Josephine Before we go any further let me tell you a little about myself.

I am a mother of 5 and a Family Therapist with 25 years of experience helping older moms of teenagers and young women overcome the challenges
of being a single parent. Nothing prepares people for dealing with issues such as Eating Disorders, Addiction, living with Alcoholism, or dealing with
Depression anxiety and overwhelm.
Financial and emotional problems can bring people to their knees.
Overwhelm sets in and so does fear-based Procrastination. This is a killer combination!
I care deeply about the clients I work with because I have dealt with many of the issues I help people  with. I do not believe in WOO WOO, but I do believe in taking massive ACTION,
This is the only way to get unstuck and move forward. Let me show you how.
