If you scored between 0 to 5 Points, this could possibly indicate that you are not stressed out.

However, you are most likely dealing with it well. Make sure you keep an eye on how you are feeling and how stressed you are.

So, What Can You Do About This ?

If you feel your stress levels increasing, you should consider talking with someone. This could be a best friend, or someone you trust. This could also be a therapist, coach or counsellor.
