YOU ARE A HEALTHY EATER

WELL DONE and bravo… These days, this is a very good place to┬ábe.

You have a  normal and great relationship with food and eating.

You eat thoughtfully and do not rush too much or eat too fast.

You do not obsess about food.You eat when you are hungry, You stop when you are full. In other words you are in touch with your body and  listen to its needs.

You appreciate a wide variety of foods which leads to a well-balanced diet. You quite naturally love and enjoy a diet of vegetables, fruit, lean meat, and fish. This is not a hardship for you.

You have moments when you enjoy foods like chocolates,  cakes, or ice cream but you never feel the need to binge on any of this. Nor do you feel guilty, It’s just a normal treat.

You have no strange eating habits nor do you have a whole list of Good or Bad foods in your head. You do not constantly count calories.

So, What Can You Do About This ?

In short, you are a “Healthy Eater”. Be proud, share your good habits with friends and with your children. WELL done and congratulations.

Hello there I’m Mojo  short for Maureen Josephine Before we go any further let me tell you a little about myself.

        
I am a mother of 5 and a Family Therapist with 25 years of experience helping older moms of teenagers and young women overcome the challenges 
of being a single parent. Nothing prepares people for dealing with issues such as Eating Disorders, Addiction, living with Alcoholism, or dealing with 
Depression anxiety and overwhelm.
